Not all positions will be filled, and these should be our goals; some positions can be combined. ● Communications Director: Manages all social media, email newsletters, assists with press releases, and website content.
- Membership Director: Leads efforts to recruit new members and retain existing ones, manages the membership database, and organizes membership drives.
- Voter Registration Coordinator: Specifically focuses on planning and executing voter registration drives, particularly targeting key demographics and precincts based on data analysis, and GOTV. ● Candidate Recruitment & Support Coordinator: Identifies, vets, and recruits potential candidates for local office; provides guidance and connects candidates with training and resources (like those from LP National and/or LP Florida).
- Fundraising Coordinator: Works closely with the Treasurer to plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events, cultivate donor relationships, and track fundraising metrics.
- Events Coordinator: Plans, organizes, and manages Party events, including monthly meetings, social gatherings (“Liberty Meetups”), town halls, and fundraising events.
- Technology & Data Coordinator (or Webmaster/Data Analyst): Helps to manage the Party website (brevard.lpf.org), oversees the use of technology tools (like CRM/email platforms), and assists with gathering, managing, and analyzing data (voter files, engagement metrics) to support strategic decisions.
- Outreach Coordinator: Focuses on building relationships and visibility within the broader community, representing the Party at local events, and potentially forging coalitions with like-minded groups. ● County Policy Coordinator: Researches local issues, helps develop Party position papers on upcoming ordinances/legislation, and provides policy resources for candidates, the EC, and members.
